Estimates

Based on client supplied load information we will provide a budgetary system cost estimate. Alternatively, based on client supplied budget information we will provide an estimate of expected system capability. No charge.

Site Assessment

We will travel to the client's site to determine the applicability of various energy system details and installation requirements. We require a Site Assessment in order to provide an accurate estimate of expected installation costs. While the Site Assessment itself is free, travel costs may apply for distant client sites.

Consultation

Working with the client during the early planning phases, our objective is to ensure optimal integration of the energy system into the overall building plan. This process can encompass load planning, technology reviews, consultation with other stakeholders (such as architects and builders), special research, etc. This process can dramatically reduce the size (and cost) of the required energy system and is highly recommended. Available by hourly fee.

Complete System Design

Based on complete and detailed client supplied load information and other client requirements we will provide a finished energy system design including a parts list and schematic diagram. A Complete System Design can be used to procure multiple quotes for supply and installation of the system. Available by hourly fee.

Design Retainer

This is a convenient package of Consultation and Complete System Design services for new residential construction projects. This package is particularly recommended when the existing project stakeholders do not have experience integrating renewable energy systems into construction project planning. The package is available for a fixed fee based on the scale of the project.

Supply and Installation of Equipment

We work closely with the country's largest renewable energy equipment suppliers and have access to the best and most popular renewable energy equipment available in Canada. We have experience with both new construction projects as well as retrofit installations in PV (photovoltaic), wind, and solar thermal technologies. All installations are warranted for 1 year.
