Online portal shows system is down

When your online portal says your system is not operating there are a number of possible issues to investigate.
- Review any error messages provided. Look them up in the manual to be sure you’re understanding them correctly.
- Can you see the inverters? Are they alive? Are the screens active? Is there evidence of production? If so, the problem is most likely confined to the communications system.
- If the inverters are not active (assuming it’s sunny and they should be) then it looks like a larger problem. Troubleshoot accordingly and/or call Generation Solar for a service call.
